BABYMETAL have officially announced their upcoming album, METAL FORTH, set for release on June 13 via Capitol Records. This highly anticipated follow-up to 2023’s THE OTHER ONE boasts an impressive lineup of collaborations, including Spiritbox, Bloodywood, Polyphia, and more.
The announcement coincides with BABYMETAL’s annual FOX DAY on April 1, a tradition celebrating their unique mythology. Adding to the excitement, the band has unveiled the LEGEND MAP, a cryptic reveal of their 2025 plans, said to be a message from their symbolic deity, the FOX GOD.
Ahead of the album release, BABYMETAL will drop a new single, "from me to u" featuring Poppy, on April 4. This track marks another significant collaboration, merging BABYMETAL’s signature fusion of J-pop and heavy metal with Poppy’s genre-bending artistry.
With METAL FORTH, the trio—SU-METAL, MOAMETAL, and MOMOMETAL—continue to push boundaries, enlisting a diverse roster of artists to expand their sound. Fans can expect an electrifying mix of metal, rock, and experimental elements that further solidify BABYMETAL’s reputation as innovators in the genre.
